Well, SMU's SID is only one of the most proactive and responsive in the entire business so maybe, I dunno, send a nice email and see what you learn.

Again, think of it as a business trying to make a profit. 75-80% of the visitors to Moody in a year are there to see SMU Men's Basketball (total guess on the percentage). The merch in the fan shop should reflect that. Have a couple of WBB and Volleyball shirts and everythihg else should be MBB gear. It's really not difficult. Simple business.

SMU has one of the greatest, most iconic bball venues in the country and have you ever seen a Moody Coliseum shirt for sell anywhere at SMU? Why? Do you think if you go to Duke you can buy a Cameron shirt?

And you expect today's modern Americans to fight through this mild inconvenience?
Yes, this is Pony Nate from Pony Nate-tion, and yes you can debate me as much as you'd like...

The result is one of the smallest D1 fan bases in the country. Until we start putting value on customer service, it will never change.

It will never change. Ever.

While I'll disagree with LA Mustang  , this thread is valuable. I will forward on to Barnes & Noble who contracts for the space and operates the Fan Shop. Thanks!

Brad,

What can we as fans do to help more other than play armchair AD and scream our lungs out at games?
