Urban Meyer gets the job at Ohio State. He is looking at OCs. Chads on the short list. He has just completed his first year as OC at Clemson. Urban calls him to come interview. Chads at the airport fixing to board Plane for Ohio. Dabo calls and tells Chad, don't take the trip and we will make you the highest paid OC in the nation. Chad cancels trip and stays at Clemson. He becomes the highest paid OC in the nation! Herman gets the OC job at Ohio State. Several yrs later, they are both back in Texas as Head Coaches. Both are being talked about for jobs at major Colleges. I find this very ironic. I also believe their careers will continue to cross paths!
