Why do they think they can take the smallest player on the field and run him into the line for yardage. Terrible play calling on at least 3 series in the red zone. Morris needs to take this one on the chin as the staff failed the team with bad strategy and play call resulting in 2 field goals and a failed 4th down with the game on the line.

Been out and just tuned into Ponyfans. Apparently Chad continues to run our lightest back into the line in the red zone. I cannot understand why he continues doing that! It cost us the Tulsa game and apparently this one. Where was Freeman??!

Looks like "picks" hicks has revealed himself... so sad. He was doing so well and then turned it over. We really need to play smart football to get back to even and try to get a lead...

I think you are too quick to judge Hicks on that interception. I am going to blame Sutton for not running the route. That was to be a side line back shoulder throw Sutton fell down.

Fair enough, sadly though turnovers were the key to this game and not capitalizing on theirs (obvious I know) but this was such a winnable game. Seeing Navy trounce ECU away doesn't give me hope about bowling but then again we did shock cougar high. Go Ponies, let's go bowling!

Freeman had opportunities and wouldn't hit the line full speed on short yardage. Freshman making freshman mistakes.

Shockingly, an issue for the entire season of finishing drives in the Red zone and getting yardage on third and short didn't suddenly fix itself.

On to Navy...who we can definitely best if we play like we did for all but 30 seconds of this game.
