Sure he hasn't personally, but i'm sure his agent has. Just like June never agreed to anything because he didn't sign anything.

Certainly not happy that Hart let this situation get so far out of hand that HCCM was looking to leave.
Maybe time to replace our AD along with a new coach. Hart had to know of this situation long before it started becoming public.
