Over the past 29 years, of the 119 D-1 teams, only 7 have a worse W/L record than SMU.

This has been a multi-generational beat down.

Certainly not happy that Hart let this situation get so far out of hand that HCCM was looking to leave.
Maybe time to replace our AD along with a new coach. Hart had to know of this situation long before it started becoming public.

Really???? Most ADs have a responsibility for recruiting, hiring and RETAINING key people in the athletic dept. I don't think our retention level of coaches is very high over the last year or so. Guess our requirements are different. Right??
