Yeah isn't there some screwy rule that if you play football for a service academy, you don't actually sign a letter of intent. I don't know if that has anything to do with his eligibility or not.

Might be related to the fact that the academies don't offer scholarships, because tuition is free (in exchange for military commitment).

Wait .... does this count as a Div. IA transfer?
