Late Qualifying QB Roddy Green Mart

Texas Football Recruiting Guru Randy Rodgers-former Recruiting Coordinator for UT did a story on what he called the Deep Texas QB crop-in excess of 30 Texas QB will get scholarships according to Rodgers. Rodgers mentioned a late qualifying QB-just got his qualifying score-who he lists as a sleeper. Roddy Green is 6-3, 215 from Mart which 2A Football. Rated the No. 8 player on the Central Texas Top 25. Apparently considering Tulsa, UH, SMU, and TCU.

We play Mart every year and you all saw what an athlete Quan Cosby is at Texas. Mart has several of these gifted athletes every year. Some qualify and some don't. This one would be a good project to take a chance on for development.

great athlete-one you would try as a QB, redshirt and then decide if that is the right position --type you take a chance on. Looked to pass first, not just scramble around.
