Thompson is 6'0", 185 lbs. Benches 260 lbs and squats 430 lbs. Runs the forty in 4.5. Also has a 3.3 GPA. Ran for 2,200 yards with 36 scores.

The 6-foot 185 pound back has offers from Iowa State and Iowa and is getting strong interest still from teams like TCU, Baylor ,Houston, and SMU. SMU and Houston are going to visit Thompson this week. He appears to be looking for offers in state. He may make his decision on signing day. Rated 2 stars and 5.3 by Rivals.

2,200 yards rushing and 36 scores at Mineral Wells. That couldn't be right could it-but that's what the Rivals article said. Can't remember is Mineral Wells 3A or 4A>
