Re: 10 Million DollarsRights...so do I have the right to bear arms at a football game?
Re: 10 Million DollarsLast game I attended I noticed the kneelers were no longer on the field as the anthem played.

I thought they were there to help the team as part of the horn section...... getting ready to blo_ an instument. ![]() Smustatesman aka NUKE......I procreate and I vote.
Re: Volleyball no longer honoring fallen officerFirst, no one in the athletic department, the administration or the team has come forward to take responsibility.
Second, yes, If Hart''s office or one of his direct reports was responsible someone should go. Same with Turner's office. Anyone that would be that insensitive or such a poor decision maker should be held fully accountable. Guess what? it would probably happen in the private sector. The idea we reversed our position and retracted the declined invitation is simply not acceptable. The whole affair has made our school a laughing stock nationally. We don't need these people in a position of leadership. This was an independent decision based on one individual's flawed perception of social correctness at the cost of common decency. Did they not see the hurt and disgust that enveloped all of Dallas? Did they not see our Chief of Police and the entire department grieving in August? Where have they been? How about this, Dr. Turner, disclose what really happened. Im reducing my M Club amount to the lowest dollar I can. Last edited by BUS on Sun Jan 01, 2017 10:54 am, edited 1 time in total.
Mustang Militia: Fight the good fight"
Re: Volleyball no longer honoring fallen officerI agree with you Bus. I have already decided to reduce my MC donation to the lowest I can and still keep the football seats I currently have. I am waiting on the call to renew and plan on letting them know exactly how I feel about the way the whole situation was handled. A " miscommunication " Really????
When will I start feeling stimulated??
Re: Volleyball no longer honoring fallen officerIf you are still upset over this, it says more about you than it does the AD.
It was an incredibly dumb decision, but 99.9% of people have moved on. ![]()
Re: Volleyball no longer honoring fallen officer^it says a lot about the 99% of people. Pretty dumb hyperbolic example.
Re: Volleyball no longer honoring fallen officer
Guess you need to touch base with the young lady and her family and let them know it's time to move on. Just curious where you came up with the percentage. Poll, phone calls, emails? You have certainly been busy. When will I start feeling stimulated??
