Yes. But it's not entirely Baylor mishandling. The press, she do like a fall from grace story. The whole thing's more than a bit heartbreaking.

Perhaps, but Baylor is VERY interested, and is continuing to circle the wagons and pull out the wallets.

If and when the Feds begin their Title IX investigation, Baylor will then be in even deeper doo doo. One reason they are trying to settle cases BEFORE Federal intervention.....at least per Baylor law grad here in CS.

Imagine the Feds pulling Pell and other Federal grant in aids... For an already expensive school, that would hurt.
