"Mustang Sally" Silenced....

Post by MrMustang1965 »

RESTON, Va. - Wilson Pickett, the soul pioneer best known for the fiery hits "Mustang Sally" and "In The Midnight Hour," died of a heart attack Thursday, according to his management company. He was 64.

I figured this would be an appropriate post to break my silence. "Mustang Sally" is one of my favorite songs of all time. I especially enjoy the Mustang Band's version.

R.I.P., Wilson Pickett...you won't be forgotten. "Ride Sally Ride!"'

And...I'll see ya'll soon, Mustang Nation!

MM65, it apears that when they deleted the "Babe of the day" thread, your post count got reduced. You still have 8 posts to go. Bummer.

MM1965 could you please proof your thread titles a little more closely? For a second I thought we had lost a pf.com poster! :)

Nope, I based the number 8 on the listed number of post under his name at the time I made my post.
