my all access is working although they need to remember to turn the sound back on after they get back from commercial

My all access did not work and I was informed that my subscription had expired. Perhaps a calendar year vs. pay to pay year snce I bought it lass than a year ago. I renewed and I am in.

mrydel--how did they inform you? My all access lets me in, then when it's ready to play the game, the screen just stays black and it says "ready". It won't play. But nothing to indicate my subscription is expired. How did they tell you that.

Yeah, I get that every now and then. It usually worked after I rebooted and opened it up again.

They did not tell me anything. Whenever I hit the SMU live action icon it took me to the "sign up now" screen. I called customer service and after what seemed like 7 or 3 days on hold, they told me my subscription had expired. I thought that might be the case but I just changed servers this week and thought that may be it also.
