One thing that stuck out to me was how many possessions USC had that included 3 passes or less.

Also dont bank on SMU crowd. The crowd tonight had a crystal clear USC chant and that was for a first four game in Dayton

Whoa. I know Jank is close to achieving Master Jedi status, but I really hope the team is ignoring the whispers in their ear.

He's gotta be playing up the NOBODY BELIEVES IN US...even though vast majority of CBB writers have us in the Sweet 16 :D

They get support on the road (plus their pep band is loud). http://www.latimes.com/sports/usc/la-sp ... story.html

Boatwright is taller than Moore and Metu is taller than Boatwright. You really don't think they will be on the floor at the same time?

Of course those two will be on the court at the same time. I cant see how putting that 3rd big out there would benifit them

I love all the armchair prognosticators on here. I have no idea how this game will play out. All I know is that every game in the tournament is a war. Anyone who thinks USC only beat Providence because Providence is lousy is nuts. Providence was good. . . USC is good. They've beaten us already this year. . . and if we don't play well they might beat us again. Having said that, we are definitely a better team then when we played USC in LA and we have a golden opportunity for some sweet, sweet revenge in this one. LET'S GET IT DONE PONIES!!!!!!!!

PS - I've had butterflies in my stomach since Sunday. I'm ready to do this!!!!!!

I just want our curse to be broken tomorrow. I can't think of a run until we win one game.

It was the introduction of the third big that really killed Providence. Because all three of them are very quick for their sizw and Boatwright can be a wing and outside threat this makes for a very difficult matchup.

There will definitely be a match up problem in the post. If we win, then it will give me more confidence in beating Baylor since they have the same issues with length in the post.
