I don't remember feeling this way in either Hawaii Bowl or the BBVA Bowl. We are not cursed, our team played a solid USC team today and our players made some bad mistakes at the end.
Did those games actually mean anything? This was our first real chance to make some national news and be anything other than a novelty. I hope we break out next year but right now it just blows. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It meant something to me when I was watching them. I know it meant something to the players. We have a long way to go in both sports, but we are not cursed. We do need more depth in basketball so until we come off probation we have to keep our players from transferring mid-season.

No clue, only thing I could think is APR, but if anyone has any insight that would be great.. Sanctions talk are the only things that could make this day worse

That's what I noticed today. P5 competition is a whole other level. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We need to play better competition more often. The P5 guys and the Big East play those kind of games all season. We play Tulane.

We need more than just good six players. Let's see what we do in he off-season outside of who we have already signed.

The AAC being down this year kept us from getting to play alot of tight games down the stretch against teams that have similar talent to us (outside of Cincy). USC was just a tough matchup for us, they aren't better than us, but they matchup well against us and we played terrible down the stretch.

USC had more overall talent than we had. They were not worse than us either.
