The 2018-19 team will break through and advance to the Final Four by winning Rounds 1 and 2 in Tulsa followed by the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 in Louisville.

My understanding is that the Senate Bill would jeopardize NCAA accredation but the House Bill is watered down like North Carolina's recent reversal.
