Nope we don't. I am thinking they would PROBABLY take both, especially it was simultaneous, but not 100% sure. I don't see us having much attrition outside of Shake (which is needed to take the 2nd person in 2018), but it seems every year there is a transfer or something.

This staff has been good in the past once we get guys on campus. The family environment is a big selling point.

I love that they'll be on campus together...that's huge. We have a really good success rate with guys we really want who we are able to have make official visits. And yeah...you gotta take both if they are willing. It all sorts out....we lost THREE last year (thank you!!). One downside: you can bet someone from Bevoburg is whispering in Archie's ear: "They can't take you...they don't have the scholarship."

No. We can only have 11 scholarship players in 2018-19 season. Likely losing Shake and losing Gu allows us to add 2 in 2018. We would need extra attrition for a 3rd. I would have to say you take both (Archie & Edwards) and the staff has a plan to take both if it came to that.

2019 is going to be a big class for us. We will probably take 4 guys in 2019. Tons of big local prospects we have put in tons of time with in that class too (Anderson, Harmon, Timme, Wilson, Harris) not including Sherfield and Maxey and big time Houston target Tyreek Smith.

So that will mean the coach's job is to put Shake in a position to declare for the NBA this year.

With shake gone, we will still have a very good team for 2018-2019 with depth at all positions.

You take both. Just remember we lost 2 players to transfers last year over early season playing time. So far the only guy who I would guaranteed starter minutes after this year is Foster. Akiu is likely in the same boat but we haven't actually seen him play yet and there are young freshman who are going to be working to take his minutes. Everyone else is in competition for time. Anyone who loses the competition gets "asked" to transfer.

Archie could have huge success in Austin and they still wouldn't care. The students don't even go to the games. That program is just no fun to watch cause their venue is messed up.

turning into a massively important weekend. Our two top 2018 targets visiting together and the football opener. Then a few days later men's soccer travels to California to take on #1 Stanford.
