I get it, but I've got a personal war going on with TicketMaster. My son bought Mumford & Sons tickets, front row seats, out of his own pocket for himself and his younger brother. Worked his tail off for the money on his own. When he showed up at the concert with his kid brother, the guy in the booth erroneously said he'd tried to print the tickets twice and told him he could not go in to the concert. No refund was offered. They stole a kid's money and broke his heart. I hate that stupid company. And their stupid surprise fees they tack on at the end of the sale too.

The tickets I sent him are from SMU and would not have been used had someone not wanted them, which I always try to find. All is right with the world.
