Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32Radio announcers talked about this having been the 1st time SMU has ever scored 50+ points in consecutive games but from notes above, appears 1st time was 1922?
Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32Interesting to see how high sutton can get on the all time receiving touchdown list at SMU. Would be an amazing year for him if he ties or breaks sanders record

Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32
I think it is 50+ in first 2 games of the season. Radio folks may have gotten it wrong. All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32
Even the note above says 1st time SMU has scored 50+ in consecutive games...doesn't say 1st 2 games of the year. Regardless, it's a nice way to start the season but now it gets real.
Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32Yeah. I think we can solve all the confusion by doing 3 in a row.

Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32
We can at least dream
Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32Another notable: I believe Kyran Mitchell had 2 tipped passes-one that led to Gary's Int. and another I believe was on a 3rd down play. Including the stats mentioned above, it was his best game as a Mustang

Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32Best LB/Star play than we have had in the Morris era. Still a way to go but I am thinking we could hold Navy to 60.

Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32Holding Navy to 60 would be really depressing since Tulane only lost by 3 and held Navy to umder 25.
Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32Tulane runs the same offense. Makes it easier for them to defend and will be more difficult for us when we play Tulane. I certainly hope we have 6 wins before Thanksgiving.

Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32Jacob Todora had the trap block that sprung Xavier Jones on his TD run

Re: Numbers / notes: SMU rolls over North Texas, 54-32...kid probably lucky he didn't end up like the Fordham Ram. He was running like he was a tad drunk -look closely. And that's
