Where was Peruna?

One of my former students, current junior at SMU, said there was some sort of controversy with the Peruna handlers. Did you also notice they were not there for the running of the flags across the field either?

Peruna handlers need to be athletic males. The PC thing doesn't work. Can we just keep a tradition and not screw everything up?

I've heard (from a current peruna handler) that the male peruna handlers were all suspended. Some issue clearly came up between some men and the women. Doesn't look like a good situation.

Well that explains things. Thought it looked like the handlers weren't there when Peruna came down the boulevard.

It looked like they had three sorority girls holding Peruna in the corner before he disappeared. Weird.
His Twitter said he wasn't feeling well.

I always felt just fine under those same circumstances.
