Every good, young coach in the G5 has that persona. The far bigger issue in recruiting is our lousy attendance.

Not an issue at all. Everyone knows you build a fanbase with sustained on field success as well as great institutional support. You need to build on the school spirit. It seems the institution got it right in basketball and they are now doing the same in football. Give it time, this is not like the previous Pye or post Pye years.
