Could any of the safety candidates (Gilmore, Godfrey, Hunt, James, etc.) pinch-hit at corner, if needed for depth?

I guarantee you're all going to be surprised by the very healthy Gilmore Image

Gilmore is not a safety candidate. end of story. He's a corner!

A 6'2" CB is something every coach would love to have. I hope Gilmore is fully recovered and starts to show the ability that had him being recruited by all the big schools.

I don't want to see a true freshman start -- I'd rather every freshman grow and get stronger during a redshirt year -- but I bet Ervin McGee and/or Fred Turner at least gets a chance to compete for a reserve job. I have no basis for this - just a hunch based on their ridiculous speed.
