SMU fans don't take DART and DART riders don't care about SMU. There is no mythical unaffiliated Dallas College Football Fan that will magically save this program from itself. SMU alumni, family and friends have to do that

And that is the problem. We need to build a fan base of SMU fans that DO ride DART.
