Independence Bowl would be a great landing spot. We would get to go to a bowl that is within driving distance in a location we probably won’t go back to due to conference tie-ins and the players get to go out of town.

The Independence Bowl website shows tie-ins with ACC, SEC, C-USA, and the American.

SEC likely won't fill space. Also possibility Memphis could land in Liberty Bowl as it has a secondary Bowl Affiliation with AAC
