Courtland and Bowl Game
Seeing that we seem to be out of the running for the CFB playoffs and a possible national championship, What odds would you all give of Courtland opting out of playing in the bowl game and possible injury and instead focusing on draft prep?
Re: Courtland and Bowl Game
He gave us another season when he didn't have to... soooo I tend to think he'll play. Either way much appreciation for that guy.

He plays but maybe not as much as he could.

Re: Courtland and Bowl Game
Court had an amazing senior day game with some ridiculous grabs. End your college career on that high point, skip the bowl and get ready for the $$.
Re: Courtland and Bowl Game
He does have the Senior Bowl, so I bet he plays just to stay in shape.
Re: Courtland and Bowl Game
Just hope he does not get injured like Jake Butt did last year if he plays.

Yeah I would sit this one out. No one cares if you beat Florida International in the Plano bowl.

I got a better idea-why don't you SMU "fans" sit this one out and the rest of us SMU FANS will take Courtland with us to the Bowl Game

Re: Courtland and Bowl Game
After regressing his junior season, I think he needs every opportunity to improve his stock. He isn't guaranteed anything, so he needs this opportunity to put on a show. Think Margus with his bowl game performance catapulting him into the second round.

Big difference in Marcus and Sutton going into bowl season. Sit this one out

How many mirrors do you own?
Re: Courtland and Bowl Game
he should not play. Bowl games are increasingly pointless unless you are in the CFP

I'm glad you are not his agent.
