I really hope the the school and the team will wear something on their uniform to honor him and recognize his life and the overall positive impact he had on this program and university.

I doubt it due to the cheating of the 80's team. SMU will not go there

SMU has finally embraced the teams from those years. Crooked or not, they were fantastic teams to watch and brought lots of good times and joy to the Hilltop. It's fine to recognize what Meyer did as well. He was the absolute face of the program, and the shame should be just about dried up by now.
