Ramon Flanigan - HCCM - Wylie Vet

Post by RufusKing »

Still trying to ascertain what exactly HCCM did for this program? Like our good friend Ramon, lots of stats, hype and "excitement", but short on W's and elevation. Loved it when an 1-7 SMU team tied A$M in '94 and RF was talking trash after the game, but I digress....Morris left the cake half baked and many on this forum are acting like he accomplished something. Turn around?? We were a show boat penalty, QB flub and Tulane ref Pearle Vision moment away from being 4-8, 5-7 with HCCM still firmly planted here where many of the applauders would be calling for his head. That lucky sob got out at the right time, good for him. We need to find a coach who can truly turn this thing, like a JJ with more staying power...sorry our rabid fan base and wishy-washy admin turned him off, but the guy won, consistently. I say no to Ramon, no to Traylor, no to Spike Jr...we need an older, wiser, winner and a cat that will stay for 5-7 years. Miles, Tubervillle, Davie, Addazio, Chizik, Skipper Holtz....#rebuildingagain #5-7world

Hype, stats, disappointment, unfinished business.

Lol! Gene Chizik, Tommy Tubberville, Bob Davie, Steve Addazio and Skip Holtz all flamed out worse than Sonny Dykes and do not have strong Texas ties.

I get that we got some lucky breaks to get to 7-5 but anyone who saw that awful 2014 season sees how much better the program is than when Chad came. If you're doubting whether Chad turned out good for us, please show yourself out.
