This is a collective failure to be sure but I place this disaster squarely on Ben Hicks tiny shoulders. However, he does seem to have big [deleted] and a very small set.

OL is horrible tonight but can we please get Hicks out of there? It's time to give the backups some playing time and I don't care if that means we lose by 60-70 points at this point
