I was impressed how well we played a zone for almost the entire game. To be primarily a man to man team and shift to a zone shows courage on the coaches part and great coaching to proepare the team to execute the zone. And it may have saved us since we were pressed with injury and foul troubles.

Played a lot of zone for 2 straight games now - with 2 wins. Thought it was interesting to switch to man when Shake picked up his 4th - I think we totally caught Tulane off guard with that.

I wonder if Syracuse will come out in a man to man defense next game.

I expect that with no Jarrey, we are going to see a lot of zone D the rest of this season with an occasional switch to man if/when more pressure is needed, but let's face it...we are going to have some serious match up issues from here on out.

Hey, the Eagles just got into the Super Bowl without their star QB!

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? No, we rose up and kicked their butt . . . .

Love it when our Esquires toss the legal lingo for Animal House quotes. :)
