Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas CountyInteresting that it was done in Dallas County, rather than Tarrant, where tCU resides. Listenbee was never able to succeed as a quarterback, and still smarts from that inability. Only wants $1,000,000 for his mistreatment.
Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas CountyFraudulent nondisclosure, medical negligence and negligence. Plaintiff football player claims he returned to play before he was fully healed from a hip injury due to pressure and relying on the defendants. He says "continuous injections" deteriorated his cartilage, muscles and entire infrastructure of his pelvis.
Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas CountyOnly made it through the first 20 pages or so but the kid needs to get the player that was concussed and Patterson was trying to get him back in the game to testify. I believe it may have been the same game.

Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas CountyWasn’t there an incident maybe 5-6 years ago during smu/tcu game when Patterson and a trainer or team doctor got into a pretty heated discussion on the sideline over a tcu player that had been removed from the game due to a big hit a smu player laid on him?
Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas CountyThat is what I am referencing. Patterson wanted the player back in and the doctor said no and they were at odds with each other.

Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas CountyAt odds with each other would be putting it mildly
Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas CountyStar Telegram posted an article on it:
http://www.star-telegram.com/sports/col ... 23869.html The injury occurred in the 2015 game against SMU. Allegations are that after the injury, Patterson made fun of the player in front of the team, including calling him soft for refusing to play hurt. The player eventually felt so humiliated by Patterson and other coaches that he agreed to play. TCU trainers injected the kid with steroids to numb the pain so he could play, and the suit alleges the damage caused by this necessitated multiple surgeries and cost him his chance at the NFL.
Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas County
Especially since we are done helping them Shake It Off Moody
Re: Fatterson/TCU Sued in Dallas for Forcing Injured WR to PNext SMU will sue TCU for making them look bad in football.

Re: Fatterson & TCU Sued in Dallas County
Should be plenty of witnesses to corroborate all of the stuff that he says took place 'in front of the team.' Medical experts to review a bunch of medical records. Trying to force him back early, and making fun of him, sounds exactly like something Patterson would do, especially while they were very highly ranked and the time. Good luck Mr. Listenbee.
Re: Fatterson/TCU Sued in Dallas for Forcing Injured WR to P100% believable and exactly what I imagine a TCU halftime would be like.
Re: Fatterson/TCU Sued in Dallas for Forcing Injured WR to P
Unfortunately, when they play us, Patterson seldom has reason to be unhappy at halftime.
Re: Fatterson/TCU Sued in Dallas for Forcing Injured WR to PSimilair to the University of Illinois incident. That player went full throttle on social and news media with his story. Not sure where the settlement landed, but the HC and several assistants lost their jobs.
Re: Fatterson/TCU Sued in Dallas for Forcing Injured WR to P
Yes, but Illinois was not a Top 25 program. Can't see this costing Patterson his job
