Re: ARE YOU KIDDING ME??Of course the NCAA won't see this as a "lack of institutional control" as it did not involve SMU and/or Larry Brown. Wide spread criminal activity by the student athletes and lackadaisical response by the administration pales in comparison to helping a high school kid pass a course.
