https://www.cbssports.com/college-baske ... penalties/The NCAA Appeals Committee on Infractions announced on Tuesday that it has upheld the initial ruling from the Committee on Infractions to force the Louisville men's basketball program to vacate wins -- including the 2013 national title -- because student-athletes competed while ineligible during the 2011-12 through 2014-15 academic years. The Appeals Committee also upheld the Committee on Infractions penalty requiring the university to return the NCAA money received through conference revenue sharing for its appearances in the 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championships.

Eastern Kentucky University could be penalized for Louisville's sins. NCAA style.

Someday, somebody is going to say "no mas" and really take on the NCAA. Yes, all the participating schools have given them broad and exclusive authority to institute compliance and penalties. But at some point, wrong is wrong, and unjust is simply, unjust. Arguably every school "deserves" some punishment for their violations, but the application of the punishment is simply all over the place. I thought Notre Dame might be the first.

Technically it was 11, but they gave us credit for 2 in the ban year thus making it 9 over the next 3. Just insane

Hope you provided the Blood Samples to further prove your guilty. It's the only ethical thing to do you know.
