Favorite Gu Memories
Let's do something other than whine about lost opportunities on this board... Favorite Gu memories? Hope we can send him off with a home win.

Re: Favorite Gu Memories
My favorite memory of Gu will be how he was an absolute work horse for the mustangs. Also, the fact that he was awarded AAC Co-Sixth man of the Year for the 2016-17 season. He was like glue for his teams once he got healthy.

Gonna agree w/ the 2017 Cincinnati game and his 6th Man of the Year award.
The guy didn't get much love on this board for a while, but he worked his [deleted] off and I'm proud to share an alma mater with him.

Some of his dunks, especially against Cinci at home last year were pretty awesome.

Re: Favorite Gu Memories
I will always remember him playing these games down the stretch for the team even though he isn't 100% and at least giving us a chance I am sure it has been [deleted] him with his injury.

Re: Favorite Gu Memories
I don't have a favorite moment, but his overall journey has been nice to watch. He was such a disaster his first season here, it was painful to watch.
To see him evolve into the excellent sixth man off the bench last season and play thru his injuries in the last month with not much to play for is something I will always appreciate.
