UMBC throttles UVASo I guess this counts as a big win for SMU now. Anyone watch this?
Re: UMBC throttles UVAI didn't watch the tournament game but I did watch when they played the ponies an I remember the announcer saying that they would probably be a pretty good team this year.
Re: UMBC throttles UVALooks like we beat some good teams during the year. Oh, to have stayed healthy.
Re: UMBC throttles UVAUMBC didn't hit 50% of their threes and didn't have that little PG when they played us. That team was quick and I'm not sure we would have handled them as easily as we did...even at Moody with our team at full strength.
Re: UMBC throttles UVAGood to hear from you, ZMan. I hope you, Nic and the family are well. I try to keep up with Nic’s career on Twitter.

Re: UMBC throttles UVA
I don't remember handling them. I remember really struggling throughout the game and then finally pulling away late. They are a decent team.
Re: UMBC throttles UVAMy first game at New Moody and I was really worried for awhile that it was going to be an "L"....
Let's get these guys for a 2/1 home and home! Party at The Wopper!
Re: UMBC throttles UVA
They totally hung with us and it only got out of hand late. It was actually funny reading back through that game thread after it got bumped this morning. A lot of predictions on our season that came true... Shake It Off Moody
Re: UMBC throttles UVAUMBC led SMU by 7 at Halftime. Shake went off for 28 points for the win. SMU finally took the lead for good at 4:53 on an Emelogu 3 after trailing for most of the game

When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.
Re: UMBC throttles UVAWe closed them out in the last five minutes and that's what I mean by "handling" a team. We got closed out in the last 5 in about 9 of our last 10 games after Shake went down. Even though we were competitive in some of those games, the end was never really in doubt. But again, I'm glad # 11 didn't play against us at Moody that night
