My bet is he doesnΓÇÖt associate with a university for the reasons I stated.

Placing it in NYC (a real possibility) has its own issues. Real Estate is very expensive and his popularity there is abysmal. HRC won NY County by some 90% to 10%, won the Bronx, Kings & Queen counties by ~85% to 15%.

Normally Presidents place their libraries where they are loved.

Trump Library in NYC, although the Mayor will put of obstacles.

His library can be based in the Cloud, since the contents will include his tweets along with the Special Prosecutor's files, which can be uploaded.
