Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateThe NCAA using a newly created get out of jail pass discovered in the UNC case. See, so long as all stuents ahve chance to cheat, its OK. Now the fact that the opponents didn't get the same chance to cheat and thus were at a competitive disadvantage is irrelevant to the NCAA.
The usual in play by the NCAA.
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation Updatencaa is a very sick organization. new flash
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateSo as long as Baylor was allowing rape all across the campus, the football team is free of punishment.
We need to start paying the kids to attend Meadows. All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateP5 double standard
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateIt is impossible to put into words how absolutely disgusting this is.
Shake It Off Moody
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateWhat a fraudulent group the NCAA is. Have they no shame?
Long live Inez Perez!
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateI said this on here a year ago. There will not be a penalty as all students were free to rape. It was tongue in cheek until the UNC joke of a ruling. It’s sad, but I think even the NCAA knows they’re a spineless joke who is on life support.
Derail the Frogs!
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateThe sad and horrible aspect of his is that the NCAA still has the power to ruin smaller programs like SMU, no matter how small the infraction is. So hypocritical!
Long live Inez Perez!
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateProposing more bowl games and adding teams to the BB dance if I remember recent news reports correctly. More chances for wanabees to contribute to the NCAA coffers or staff - one way or another - or both.
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation Updateand Rape U. skates again. what a joke and a travesty.
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateSo the new defense for NCAA infractions becomes: As long as the school was giving the same benefit to the student body as a whole, the athletic department cannot be accused of giving an "improper benefit." In that case, let's find 20-30 students each year and give them A's when they made D's, reinstate a couple for campus infractions, and send a couple on undisclosed trips for undisclosed reasons.
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation Update
Despite the firm belief by some on this board that we had no case, we should have sued them 30 years ago. We cheated. Yes. But so was the entire world and the NCAA could not have withstood the light of day in regards to their system which is fixed. The case could have been filed in a Dallas court and they would have left us alone once we got into serious discovery.
Re: Baylor NCAA Investigation UpdateDeath penalty was not nearly as punishing as the Pye penalty.
