SMU Missing on Recruits

"... what at times looks like a lack of fight left a poor impression" - same thing we noticed sitting on the bench vs. playing - everyone get's dinged up. Could he/should he have made a return when SMU needed him at the end of the season?

His name is Ramey, not Ramsey. And yes we did recruit him and made his short list, but he went UT. I'm guessing the StL papers are probably not the best source for recruiting news.

Your right it is Ramey. However, the way Roberts Gymnasium is set up and has been set up for over 85 years one can see the college recruiters in the folding stands and permanent seats behind Webster's bench. Webster's coach Jay Blossom is also the top AAU traveling team coach in STL. As such he usually fields a pretty good team which draws nationwide recruiters. Also, Chaminade Prep is in Webster's bracket and playoff district, which means they usually face off against each other in state, at WG or Chaminade. Chaminade has recently graduated Jayson Tatum and Bradley Beal . Saw Shaka, Petino, Kentucky, Kansas, Duke etc. in the stands, but was SMU there ? Didn't see them on a regular basis, just say'in.

Isn't that Jason Sasser's (from Texas Tech) son rather than Jerryl Sasser's son? Or maybe he's the son of the 3rd Sasser named Marcus. Anyway I've seen a lot of highlites while watching Feron Hunt and Jahmar Young and he was filling it up
