anybody know if they sell beer at Mean Green stadium?
looks like it's gonna be hotter than hell in no shade and even in the shade!

That’s why some people on the board are sitting on the home UNT side instead of buying tickets from the SMU allocation.

The ticket site does not show ticket placement. You have to toggle to another site and locate on their chart.
Thought that was bad planning.
I like the concert maps for AAC where you think.... lets sit here... So you see a picture of the stage from that seat. NICE.

They have sold beer for at least two seasons. They had numerous beer vendors throughout the concourse when we played there two years ago. Never had to wait in line either, since they were everywhere in the stadium.

Oh, I see I got an old story. Looks like they started beer sales at the game against us in 2014.

BTW, this is good info:

The food and beverage options are above average in Apogee Stadium, not because of the menu but due to the stadium’s low concession prices and the sale of alcohol. The venue offers basic stadium fare in addition to selections from an outside food chain, Rudy’s BBQ. The main stands sell cheeseburger baskets, Philly cheese steak baskets, or chicken tender baskets for $7, while an Angus beef hot dog is $4. All other stadium type fare such as popcorn, peanuts, nachos, pretzels, and candy costs between $3 and $4. Rudy’s BBQ covers the full range of Texas BBQ choices with brisket, pulled pork, and sausage for $6.

In terms of drinks, Apogee Stadium offers Coke products for $3-$5 depending on the size, as well as alcohol through the end of the third quarter for $6. The beer choices include Bud, Bud Light, Shiner Bock, Shock Top, Dos Equis, and a couple of local craft selections.
