For SMU & UNT Fans: ONLY CLEAR PLASTIC PURSES or BAGS

Post by MrGreenGenes »

 VERY IMPORTANT!

This sucks, but the NCAA now requires that only clear plastic hand bags, purses or containers
are allowed inside any college stadium.

Best all know that now rather than having to make a trip back to the
car with your wife’s, girlfriend’s (or both) purses.

Have no idea how that works for binoculars.

 Full disclosure: I was at the Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl in 1968 pulling for the Mustangs
when y’all beat the OU Sooners in a most exciting college football game.

I put my binoculars without case, and a pocket radio to listen to Rich, and company in my clear plastic bag which gets me into SMU games and a Longview playoff game at Baylor last year.

BTW, Longview is requiring clear plastic bags starting Friday night at the #7 6A Longview #4 5A
Lufkin game which will be broadcast at 8:30 on Fox Sports SW :!:
May the forth be with us.

Not true. Each school, or conference, dictates it's own bag policy. A LOT of schools/conferences/venues are going to this policy, but not all.

Really just more overkill that upsets fans, without any added 'protection'.
