SMU finishes 7-5
Why the change from earlier this summer?
What change? I was laughing at all the people pissin' down their leg about 2018. We added about 15 transfers to a 7-5 team with about 15 returning starters. If we aren't better we got the wrong transfers. The questionmark is few of the graduate/BCS transfers started much at their last school-heck one of the JUCO transfers Sturns was 2nd team at an Arizona JUCO-yet he's competing for a starting spot here.
Now I don't think that SMU's offense will be as strong as last year during regular season when were in the Top 15 even Top 8 in several categories and I think if we play 8 teams in the Top 50 in Total Offense again in 2018 our Defense will still be in the 100s in Total Defense.
