I think Chad knew this team was likely to regress with this year's schedule and that it would be tough to find even 6 wins

Chad took a team with little to no talent when he started and at least beat NTCC. I expected a tough fight but getting war crimed. I mean respectfully he looks like he has done nothing with this team since December.
