While I agree it felt dirty to root for either of these teams tonight is a great result for two reasons!

1. Froggies are effectively eliminated from the CFP. If they happened to run the Big 12-2 and enough other SEC teams lost along the way they could have easily earned the 4 spot at 12-1 with just a loss to Ohio State.

2. Even though it is a totally unfair apples-oranges comparison, Tom Herman and Chad Morris will forever be compared, and with Herman getting Texas back to some semblance of relevance in year two, it will only make the impending potential disaster at Arky that much more funny.
