Pretty close. Announced figure was 23,654. Not sure about actual butts in seats as TV crew hit the stadium pretty well, so I would assume Ford was half full at best?

I thought the Coogs had a solid showing. Lower bowl filled from south EZ to the 20. UH band in upper deck. SMU students had patio which was pretty full and a full EZ section next to it. That section was 1/3 full after halftime. The hill had plenty of kid activity. More than Navy game.

Boulevard was packed as usual ten minutes before kickoff. I was struck by how different the Vard crowd looks compared with the crowd walking towards the stadium.
