I be beyond demoralized if we come away with a loss. Cincy went there and beat the snot out of them 49-7. Every AAC team seems to have their way with them. They allow on average 333 yards on the ground and 47.9 points. I think Mustangs beats them 42-17 assuming below average weather. If itΓÇÖs bad weather, I think 28-14 Mustangs.

UConn appears to be the worst team in the AAC but they did play USF a tough game in Tampa. Every dog has it's day and I just don't want UConn's to be this Saturday. Just hope our guys take it to them early because they have shown that they are a team that will quit early into games that don't go well from the beginning

I will mention this one more time. Last week the 17th ranked team in the nation went on the road to a small school with a losing record who was a 14 point underdog. That ranked team got its butt spanked.

I see no reason that if the right attitude is not carried to Connecticut, that the underdog home team could not do the same thing to the still losing record visitor.

I am a little wary but hopefully this will be another step in showing we have the right staff finally.

UConn has never beaten SMU. They have a chance to knock off a team that just had a high profile win. And it isn't too lat in the season for them to just go through the motions. Plus, they are at home. That, and the weather is much different from Dallas could be a factor. We havn't beaten UConn yet and need to play hard and focused from the beginning.
