I have always wondered why they do these things at halftime instead of right before the game.

A bunch of people will be out getting a beer or waiting in line for the ridiculously small bathrooms.

And in this case ironically a bunch of people will miss the presentation since they will be in the club also named after him.

Because SMU fans are notoriously late and assuming they would start 10 minutes before tip Moody would still look like it does at halftime, or worse.

Maybe SMU should just do it during the game to maximize the amount of people in Moody.
