Saw this name on our 2019 recruiting list with Rivals. They have us 4th with only 10 3* recruits. My questions:
Who is this guy?
Is Rivals still considered a good recruiting ranking?

Rivals is probably the worst at rating at this point.
He is a JUCO corner. small offer list might mean that he will be a late summer signee.
