Would like to read something like this for a change: SMU is good and getting better. It will take a solid game to beat them at our place. After that... get ready to lose to SMU for awhile. They are young, big and talented. Their coach is building a program.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. It’s a shame we’re going to have to do it all over again.

The nice thing is that you can obviously turn things around quickly with the right coach. We have the draw and the facilities.

Houston is putting it on East Carolina. 74-46 with 5:58.
And Central Florida is putting it on Tulane. 73-41 with 3:09.
The top of the conference is pulling away.

Temple up on Memphis 41-33 at the half.
Memphis had been down as much as 20 but had a nice late run.

Temple wins 85-76.
Memphis had a chance to make it a game late after a couple of Temple players fouled out (the Owls also lost one in the first half to a fragrant foul) but blew it.

Top 4 teams in the AAC are coming into focus although Memphis does get another shot at Temple in Memphis later on in their schedule.

I wouldn't want to draw Memphis at home in the AAC tourney. That will be a tough out.

USF had no trouble dealing ECU a 20 point loss in Greenville. I'm afraid they are going to be yet another team that will sweep us this year...unless McMurray goes off on them.

It shows how everybody has 2 teams-your HOME team and your AWAY team-they often don't resemble each other
