The NFL has so many other things that supersede drug testing to get embarrassed about...how about a Commish that is both the dispenser or league "justice" and the review board of his own judgements?
The Saints got a steal with Thomas...a good guy and a great kicker. Let the Not so Fast League test him all they want...as long as Cam gets tested too...

NFLPA agreed to that in the last CBA, so that's on them.
