First thought is 8 and 4 but why not be FULL OF SUNSHINE 9 and 3 and a pretty good bowl game. Save your money and save some vacation days.

I like the many 8 - 4 predictions for the regular season. It would be way cool if HCSD leveled his SMU record or went over 0.500 in his second year.

My nightmare scenario was going 1-3. 4-0 is amazing.

1984 team went 4-0 before losing. 83 team went 5-0 before losing. 82 team went 10-0 before losing.

The 1982 team finished 10-0-1. The only blemish was a 17-17 tie vs. Arkansas.
