PonyFans are loving the Mustangs' 3-0 start, and Saturday's matchup with 2-0 TCU means a meeting of two unbeaten teams. So how much do you really know about the two teams?
ΓÇó SMU has beaten Arkansas State (37-30), North Texas (49-27) and Texas State (47-17). The Frogs have beaten Arkansas-Pine Bluff (39-7) and Purdue (34-13).
ΓÇó No. 25 TCU has the Big 12's longest current win streak, at five games, which is tied for the seventh-longest in the country.
ΓÇó Xavier Jones' seven rushing touchdowns are tied for the national lead among FBS teams. His 29 career rushing touchdowns are the fifth-highest total in program history, two behind No. 4 Doak Walker.
ΓÇó TCU is 2-0 for the 12th time in 19 seasons under head coach Gary Patterson.
