Texas' only losses were to LSU and OU so those don't really hurt you. As for letting Kansas scare them...that Tulsa game is still pretty fresh in my mind. I don't have any problem with Texas and Baylor being ranked ahead of SMU right now. Just keep winning and let's see how things shake out.

My mistake. I read their conference w/l’s as 1-3, not 3-1. You’d think I’d know by now to use my readers!!!

Sure, but the difference in talent for SMU/Tulsa is a hell of a lot closer than UT/KU. Texas should have won that game by 30-40 points.
